We pride ourselves on creating some of the world's finest artisanal chocolate. All of our chocolate is made in small batches, in traditional machinery with careful attention to flavor development. We use only the world's finest cocoa beans and gently develop and coax their flavors until they reach their full potential. Each of our bars are absolutely incredible in flavor and are sure to delight even the most demanding connoisseur. If they were not, we would not offer them.

Our variety collection is a popular way to try a selection of our chocolate bars and experience the range of exquisite flavors our single origin chocolates deliver. Each one of our bars is made just with selected beans from a single plantation. The flavors you will taste are not added to the chocolate but arise naturally from the beans we select. Tasting fine single origin chocolate is akin to tasting fine wine from different vineyards.
Note that this collection includes an assortment of our regular bars including our milk chocolate. It does not included any of our more expensive limited edition bars or reserve bars. To try a sampling of those try our dark chocolate sampler collection.
